How to setup connection

Login to your Hubspot account - https://app.hubspot.com/login/

Click the gear icon (Settings) on the upper right corner

Click Integrations dropdown on the sidebar
Then click Private Apps

Click "Create a private app"

Give it a name, then click the Scopes tab

Click the CRM dropdown, then click all checkboxes

Click the Standard dropdown, then click the "tickets" checkbox

Then click the Create App button on the upper right corner

Click Copy on the pop-up, hit Close

Then click the Auth tab

Click the "Copy" link from the Client secret section

Paste these on the integrations panel Click the Connected to App checkbox

Go back to Hubspot and copy your company ID from the URL

And paste it on the Settings tab for the integrations panel

Go to the Actions tab
Tick the checkboxes that you wantThen hit Save
