Step by step procedure

Go to "Dashboard"

Click your "company name"

Click "Sales > Assignments" from the sidebar.

Click the "Add" button above the kanban board.

Fill up the field forms.

Assign "Handbooks" by clicking the add link. A pop-up with a selection of handbooks. Then select from there.

Assign "Clients" by clicking the add link. A pop-up with a selection of client names. Then select from there.

Assign "Personnel" by clicking the add link. A pop-up with a selection of personnel. Then select from there.

Then hit "Assign" from the right sidebar.
